financial suport single mom with 4 children and colin cancer?
2 time with colin cancer- self employed (beautition) has had to cut back on hours due to kemo treatments- shes very sick. just want to know what orginizations we can contact for some financial aid

- You can file for disability.
- Social Security Disability insurance. If you have problems paying for medications some pharmaceutical companies have programs that will give you free or highly discounted medications. Look into Medicaid if you don't have insurance. Contact your local Dept. of Transitional Aid for help with short term financial and housing issues. Check out the American Cancer Society website. I had lymohoma and the Leukemia and Lymophoma society had a finanical assistance program. I am not sure if there is anything like that for your cancer type, but it is worth a look-see. Check out the Lance Armstrong Foundation website. Also look up the Wellness Center and see if there is a branch near you. Alot of of free programs and assitance for cancer survivors. Good Luck
