I am in debt and need to get out by christmas... But How?
Okay thanks for taking time with me for this question. I would love and appreciate all financial help and advise. Okay so I am a 22 year old college kid. I work full time and over time when I get the opportunity. I usually bring in around $1200 - $1300 a month and I am currently around $5000 - $6000 in debt. As I understand that it may not be possible to get out of debt by christmas because I have the usually utility bills and rent to pay plus food and gas. But yet there has got to be something I can do that would at least help me bring in appx $250 more a week. I am working 40 hours a week and school 20 hours a week. so thanks for reading and any help would be some help! God Bless

- make some crafts and sell them on ebay. and shop off ebay Sewing like rag quilts, cross stitch, beading jewelry, making clay beads, christmas ornaments, holiday home decor, crochet, knit, learning to paint roses on vintage pieces. You have to bring out your creative side. there is all work involved in working at home or going to work. But once you've figured out what works for you just keep up the good work! Good Luck!
- write down on a paper how much you bring home , deduct all the things you need to pay from that ,like rent electric etc. What ever is left over divide by 4 ( 4weeks ) now you know how much money you got left for the month and from that you take half to pay off your credit. You might have to scrimp a bit until then but it should get you close to the payoff
- Pay all of your bills. Cut out all extra expenses like going out to eat, going to movies, get rid of the internet until your debt is paid off. Get rid of all unnecessary expenses. You can always use the internet at school. Put every extra dollar you have into paying off your debt.
- I've heard of a survey website called college-survey.org; currently i asked a question on whether or not it's a scam before i try it so you might want to take a look when that's finished- it looks like a good site to earn extra money
