Does anyone know any agency or organization that I can contact for unpaid wages that can actually help me?
I work for a particular agency which happens to be private of which I will not mention; in fact I have been employed through them for five years now, going on six. They have been having financial issues to the point where no one wants to cash my check when I receive it due to bounce checks. I was suppose to get paid this pass thursday and didn't. They claim that my timesheet wasn't faxed and that I should get it on friday and when friday came, I received a call stating that the individual who signs the check could not come to the office because it was a holiday and the office was closing early. Just recently, I called my manager and they are giving me the run around and today is monday. I wanted to know of an agency that would really be able to solve this issue at hand. I am not the only one who didn't get paid and others check was short. If anyone know any information that can assist, please respond. Thanks for listening :)
