I am an International student, what is the best way to get a loan?

I have heard about the astrive loans , and I have seen this ad on TV with this website astrive401.com and the phone number they were giving 800-350-0178. I called this number and it was a number for a flower shop!! I am wondering if this website is serious since the number they are giving has nothing to do with student loans?!! Well I am wondering what is the best way to get a loan of $7,000. That's what I need to pay my full tuition. Is there an institution that can lend you that money without a cosigner or without a high rate of interest?
