Write your Senators and tell them NO to DREAM ACT - student financial aid for illegals - this is ridiculous!!?

People this is a nightmare!!! Why should an illegal person get free money for school? Hurry and write your Senators and tell them to act on American citizens behalf and not on what they think are future voters. WTF! Excerpt: "Permanent residence would be granted at the end of the 6-year period if the student has met these requirements and has continued to maintain good moral character. The DREAM Act would also eliminate a federal provision that discourages states from providing instate tuition to their undocumented immigrant student residents, thus restoring full authority to the states to determine state college and university fees." ... "Our immigration law currently has no mechanism to consider the special equities and circumstances of such students. What "special equities"???

1. Really?! Are you sure this is happening? I'm not even for college educations for inmates. I had to pay for it, why are we letting these people get it so easily? I bet this is a liberal democrat idea.

5. If they are young enough to be a student then it shouldn't matter how they came to this country.
6. They need their heads checked. There are people who were born and raised in the US but they can't get financial aid for one reason or another. Hell no illegals shouldn't be allowed scholarships...or to stay in this country for any reason.
7. I heard Arnie is a little pissed off about this issue. The Dream act is a complete joke, these people do not want to learn English, obey our laws, they want this nation to become Mexico. It will not happen. I supported prop 200 in Arizona and our Governor has went out of her way to ignore the proposition. Paying for this Dream act would be funded by legal U.S Citizens tax dollars, this is not right. Maybe California will fall off into the ocean before election time. I guess it will take another hit from the terrorists before any administration gets serious about shutting down the border. Jingle Bells, La Raza smells, Janet laid an egg, oh what fun it is to ride on the U.S tax payers sleigh.
8. Thank you GENIE!! I will write my senator ASAP, and get as many of my friends to do so as well. That is so wrong in so many ways. WTF!!! 99 percent of the Illegal Aliens that apply for it will receive it because they are the children of undocumented aliens that get paid under the table. Therefore, when then apply, it will appear that they are seriously in need of help because their parents will claim that they make little to no money. Thus they will be allotted the maximum amount of tuition assistance as possible. If it passes it going to hurt the seriously needing American student, who's parents work very hard and pays their taxes. Its going to make even more illegals flood California. Its gonna make our Taxes go sky high! Its gonna make me go CRAZY!!!!!!! Thanks for the post Genie, I hope many Americans get on the ball to stop this B.S.!
