  1. Yes you can still get financial aid and grants, as well as scholarships. Some schools have scholarships specifically for in-state students and you obviously would not qualify for these. However, there is money available for students regardless of location or for out-of-state/international students. Do some research at the school of your choice to find out what options are available to you. Also go to sites like fastweb.com to find out what outside (not given by the university) scholarships you qualify for that can be put towards your tuition and other expenses.
  2. Yes you can. Your Federal eligibility for Pell grants and Stafford loans will follow you nationwide, however a student can only be eligible for state grants in their state of residence. Be sure to apply for campus based aid especially if you are attending an out of state school.
  3. yes you can. talk to the specific school you are wanting to attend they have different grants for in and out of state students. also check into federal grants they don't depend on being from certain states. good luck
