Where can I apply for student financial aid for college?
This could be online or by other means, and not a scam. this should be for United States students

- If you live in Canada, you can get OSAP
- this is the federal site, no scams..you just apply! http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/
- Go to SallieMae. They're about the biggest company for student loans. That's where my son got his loan from. Just a quick note.. FASFA is basically just to find out if you qualify for grants. If your parents make over a certain amount, you won't qualify.
- The federal site is below. You may also visit your school's financial aid office to see what private scholarships are available through the school. if you know your major you can look at journals etc for scholarship oppotunities
- Oh my God why can't people just give you a straight answer. This answer is very simple www.fasfa.ed.gov but save the confirmation page because the University will need to see your EFC number and that's how they can tell how much you are eligible for.
