Do students from other countries (aliens) get free financial help from our government for schooling,?

I heard they do, but whats your opinion.

Unless they're on some type of special scholarship or grant- which is extremely difficult to get if you are not a US citizen, no they do not get free financial help from the US government. The US government no longer even provides free financial help to those who are US citizens and choose to study overseas.
