Is there a site online that offers free financial budgeting and services, such as the ability to speak with a "banker" 24 hrs a day? My husband and I were talking about this last night. Thanks!

Wachovia.com From the homepage click on "Personal Finance" then in the middle of the next screen under Planning Guides select "Money Management Basics" The first topic on the next screen is "Budgeting" They do have a 24 hour a day national customer service center at 1-800-922-4684.
