need help with financial aid question and tracting of college!!!?

i already have an undergraduate degree. i only took out a loan through FASA for one semester during my years in college. I am currently still paying off that loan. off. However, I decided to take some classes at a local community college for the spring semester. I was considering going back to nursing school and wanted to take some prerequistes. But, I am still workig part time and had to withdraw from all my classes. I didn't apply for any aid at the community college, so I didn't think anyone would know that I went there. But I just received a letter from the department of education saying that my loan payments have been deferred because I am now a part time student. I'm freaking out because I wanted to apply to graduate school but not send in a transcript from the community college. Will it forever be listed on my financial aid that I attended this community college, even though I didn't get a loan? what if i don't apply for financial aid in graduate school, maybe it won't come up

  1. When you enroll or take classes in any college or university, whether or not you receive financial aid there, your enrollment information is uploaded into the NSLDS (National Student Loan Data System). You can check out your own info there by going to www.nslds.ed.gov. That being said, just because you have enrollment information listed in the NSLDS doesn't mean that you must submit the academic transcripts from your community college classes to your grad school admissions department. I hope it helps... Good Luck!
