Can veterans apply for financial Aid without using a GI-Bill ?

hey, i would really like to use my GI-Bill for Grad school instead of undergrad when i finish my 4 yrs. Can you apply for financial aid in terms of grants.??????

  1. yes... I didn't have the Gi Bill (long story) and maxed out on federal and state grants. Make sure you can use your GI Bill for Grad school though

  3. Yes sir. But with that statement, it doesn't matter when you use. It can be 'over used' due to the fact it has an expiration date. At least thats the case for me. I was in for 4 years and got out in 2003. My benfits expire in 2011 or 2012.
  4. the gi bill is not taxable income and does not effect your grant status wether you use it or not- you can use it for grad school
