Can a high school student who is also taking college courses receive federal financial aid such as a Pell Gran

  4. My brother takes collge courses and he goes for free. He doesn't have to pay for his book nor his class...well that is...if he passes.
  5. yes if you are a dual enrollment student you can receive pell grants and other scholarships. Check to see if you are financially eligible. I am a student worker in the financial aid office at the university that I attend.
