Financial Help!!?
My sister, her boyfriend, my boyfriend and I are trying to move in together. The place we are interested in requires first months rent ($925), a security deposit ($825), and a pet deposit ($500.) Thats already a lot split two ways. Heres the problem: My sis and her boyfriend are in the middle of a lease and it will cost them $1500 to break it on top of the other move in costs- does anyone have any advice on how they can get that money together?

- Maybe get a small personal loan, or just wait to move into another place while their lease lets up. Check with a financial adviser.
- Why don't you move into the place thay are leasing already and live with them until the end of lease. It might be uncomfortable if the place is small, but here are the benefits: 1. You can really find out if all 4 of you are compatible with each other. This would eliminate the possiblility of needing to break another lease if you don't get along. 2. Save $1500 and not break the lease. 3. Save money by sharing the existing rent. The savings should be enough to cover the deposits and move-in costs.
