What does conditionally approved mean for Chase Private Student Loan?

I was conditionally approved for a Chase Private Student Loan. Does this mean I need a cosigner?

1. No, that does not mean you need a cosigner. What they have probably done is a basic credit check. You have been approved based on your own credit, but they of course need to verify some things like school enrollment and things like that. I was conditionally approved for a private student loan like yours and did not need a cosigner.
