  1. Check with local franchises of companies like Arby's, McDonalds, Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, Sears, JCPenney, Kohls, Ace Hardware, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Make a specific list of what you need and as the appropriate one to donate or let you get it at a much reduced price; ask the others to donate cash to pay for what you can't get for free. Offer to advertise them at no charge on your newsletters, programs, shirts, etc.
  2. Try local businesses, perhaps some of the parents own their own business and can contribute. Perhaps local sporting goods stores Perhaps your city has grants to restore parks etc. You would have to write for those grants, check with your state, maybe they also have grants available that would meet with your criteria
  3. There are a lot of options out there for fundraisers. We have some that are web based and require no out of pocket expenses to set up! You would be able to just take a few minutes to set up some basic info (or I can help you) about the Little League, and then talk to the local press about running a short story about what you are trying to do, and provide the web link in the story. The web based option is 100% profit. I can give you several other options for fundraisers that make 80 to 90 % profit or better, with little or no cash up front to get them running. Also, no shipping costs - email me at ds_music_now@yahoo.com and I'll give you more details.... I'd love to help if I can!
