Does anyone know about how much financial help the average company will give when transferring?
We are thinking about taking a cross country transfer and would like to know what kind of financial help the average company usually gives. They do not have a number as of yet so I would like to be prepared for when they get back to us.

- Not all companies provide assistance for a transfer. If the company initiates the transfer, they usually will cover moving costs, and some rental costs. If it's you wanting to initiating it, then they will likely not compensate for anything financhially. Your best bet, however, is to ask the people who would be in charge of it at work.
