How do I fill out a Financial Aid form online?

What is the website? Is it difficult? Also, can I write on there that my family pays $2,500 per month for health care and my Dad is in serious debt because he had cancer and was out of work for three years? I really need this financial aid! It is my only hope of going to college! Please help!
