Non US Citizens get financial aid?
I heard last year that there was a new program for Student's from Mexico that studied and graduated from High school here in the U. S. This program would give them the possiblity to apply for financial aid to go to school. Does any one know anything about this?

- yeah i thought i heard something about this on a late night tv program on like pbs or something. it interviewed the graduates and they definitely had help with getting into college. But I'm not sure by what procedure exactly. (they were of poor familys, so i don't think they were family supported.)
