When Can I apply for Financial Aid for the 2008-2009 Year?
I have decided to go back to college and unfortunately I did not apply for financial aid in 2007-2008 and I am attending school in the Spring 2008. I want to make sure I dont forget to apply for the next academic Year. Does anyone know when I can apply. I Heard you cant apply until January 2008. Is that True?

- You can apply as of right now. But most of the time, you might not have your w2 and such. therefore you have to wait for your w2 and your income taxes to apply for financial aid.
- To apply for fin aid for the Spring of 08 you need to apply right now, using your and sometimes your parents 06 income information. As soon after Jan 1, 2008 as possible you need to apply again for Fall 08-Spring 09 school year. Yes, you are applying 7 months in advance... but you'll get a better award package if you apply early.
