Can I apply for financial aid for an out of state school?
Or a Pell Grant? I was approved before I moved, so I know I qualify. I am moving again to Wisconsin, and want to reapply for the next school year. So can I apply for a pell grant or other tuition assistance for a state that I am not yet a resident of? I won't be moving until Nov, and I am afraid it will be too late to apply if I wait for residency.

- Yes, you can file a FAFSA for the school you will attend. You probably won't, however, qualify for aid from the state itself until you meet state residency requirements, usually one complete calendar year before the beginning of the academic year. Pell is a federal entitlement grant and can be applied for whether you attend school in your current state or not.
