Student loans??
i live in va and i am trying to go to richard bland community college but i see that they dont participate in student loans programs at the time. so what does that mean? does it mean that i will not be able to get an outside loan to pay for college or i will have to find an outside loan like from a bank or somebody to help pay for college!! don't all colleges offer students the opportunity to find an outside lender to help them pay for college if they choose to?

- I think that just means you will have to find an outside source like from a bank or credit union. IF you are a member somewhere, check with them. If not, try chase loans.
- Try applying for scholarships, or maybe you can receive a grant. either way you don't have to pay it back. If your school doesn't participate with students loans, I suggest you go directly to the banks. It's kind of odd that they don't have it available, but whatever, you'll figure it out! Best of luck with your education!
