sallie mae for student loans?

i was just wondering if someone knows how sallie mae distributes their funds for the signature tuition loan for community colleges? do they send the funds to the college of your choice or do they send a check directly to you?

Public Comments

1. Private student loans are sent to your address. The check will come in the mail within three to ten days after date of disbursement.
2. You would have to talk to the Financial Aid department at your school. It can be done both ways.
3. lol for the last fews days I have been spending some time on the Sallie Mae website reading about the different loans that are offered and I also called them directly to find out how the money is sent. The Signature loan is sent to the school and the Tution Answer loan is sent to your home....
