  1. If you are not marries yet then you will have no problems the only thing that you will need to worry anout is next year. It should be fine as long as you and your fiance didn't file taxes together this year.
  2. If anything, I'd think with that low of an income and being a family would let you get MORE aid. But IANAFAA, so give the finance office a call today and ask. I'm pretty sure though, your reporting of income only goes far as once a year, as your AGI from the previous year's taxes.
  3. You only report income once per year. That covers you for the school year. You will have to reapply next year.
  4. You live below poverty level and you definitely do qualify for it. They go by the income for the previous year. Like the other responder said, next year is what you'll have to worry about. I know there's a deadline for FAFSA and I thought that was April 15th because my son is in college and he had to make sure everything was in by then. Maybe since the 15th fell on a week-end, you'll be ok. Also, depending on your future husbands income and the fact that you'll only have to claim that (next year) for the time you were married, 5 months, I'm betting you'll get the grant again unless he's a millionaire. Good luck!
