Private Student Loan,No Credit Check,Co-signer if so and Full Deferal......?

All of the above is what Iam looking for, all that is in the title. I looked all over yahoo and google I FOUND NOTHING. I have a co-signer and they did a credit check and denied me. I went through Astrive, Chase, National City, Alternative College Loan, and anything that went through TERI (loan provider that is on every site in small print on the bottom of the page). Im basically screwed if I cant find a loan company that will take a co-signer but with NO CREDIT CHECK, grace period after graduation payment option, and where the loan doesn't go through the school your attending it goes directly to you. FYI: I had loans before with the same co-signer but this time his credit messed up for a some months (21 to be exact). Because they said (loan companies) if you have 21 months of good credit then your approved. But when this month came his 21 went bad and we were denied. The man im talking about is my fiance. Please help me i need it for my tuition for the Fall (august 25)

2. Have you tried Salliemae.com signature student loans? I have crappy credit and was approved but the catch is higher fees and interest rates, therefore I borrowed a very low amount. I don't know anything else besides sallieme that will approve people w/bad credit.
