Financial Help?
I am a new mother of a week old infant and was able to pick up my last paycheck from work in the amount of 97.00. I was able to get diapers and some groceries from that. I am a hard working person and plan to go back to work as soon as my 6 weeks is up. I was unable to pay my rent for the month and my electric bill is due also. Anyone that can help, I do happen to have a paypal account that is active, if anyone can help. I am very embarassed to be asking, but this is my last resort. my email address for the paypal is kkospender21 @ yahoo . com . I do not want to crash on this, and I am just asking for a little help.

- You need to get any job you can ASAP and not to wait for the 6 weeks. I am sure you can find a job since you are a hard working person like you stated.
- Where is the father? If you are not married, your baby would be better off in a two parent household. You should consider putting him/her up for adoption to a loving couple that can provide a stable home life. There are many women out there with empty wombs and empty arms that would love to have your baby. If you are unwilling to give your baby up, look into charities in your area. Opt for breast feeding (even if you've been formula feeding for the last week, you can still re-lactate and breast feed). It sounds like you are eligible for WIC. WIC will provide YOU with nutritious food that will enable your body to make healthy milk for your baby. You are probably also eligible for cash benefits, as well as food stamps. You need to contact your local DES office - search the USDA website for more information.
