Need help with an interview - Group Financial Manager?

the attributes i'm looking for : Young CA /PA (CFA) demonstrating professionalism, focused on ethics, combination of theoretical skills and real world practical skills, safeguard the integrity of financial statements, need to have a global mind-set, transparent financial reporting based on a robust set of internationally accepted standards Please help me with 3 questions I can ask the candidate to psychometricly test if he/she has above mentioned attributes my interviews starts a week from now

  1. You are looking for a young candidate. . . .right? Most probably the only thing you are going to get is a bunch of 'Theoretical skills' and little practical skills, BTW which comes with time. You may inquire whether this candidate has ever attended a Board meeting or some contract negotiations either for labor, service or performance. You may test his/her knowledge about the value of currencies and fluctuations for some of the foreign markets your organization are dealing in. Looking at he candidate's educational background and work experience, ask them how they may benefit your organization in a key financial position. . . .what do they have to offer that other candidates do not have, let them explain that to you and use that to help make the decision. Ask them if they will be prepared to go into a court of law and defend financial decisions and practices employed by his organization. . . . .knowing that everything is above board.
