i need financial help. this is very unrgent. help me.?

i am from mongolia . my country is very poor. now iam 18 years old. and i want to study in university. but i can not pay my school fee. the price is 400$ . is there any one can help me? i really want to study. my parents can not help it? can you help me? or can you find me someone can give me financial help?

  6. sorry to hear that. Its great you have access to the internet. I would write a letter to a few people in different places .. someone mentionned ' the Oprah Show ' why not?! explaining your situation and your desire to pursue your studies.
  7. I am from the US. My country is very rich but I am border line poor. I would love to go back for my Master's at a University, but I'm still trying to pay for my Bachelor's by WORKING. It's extremely hard for me as well. I say try to help yourself first like the majority of us are trying to do. Once you show initiative in doing that (by WORKING, and seeking out scholarships that can help you), then ask Oprah, and Bill Gates if they can help. Nothing is free.
  8. Try going to the local university of your choice and tell them your situation. Maybe they can lead you into a great direction.............especially since your are from a different country. You also can go online and look for federal grants also.
  9. Go to Yahoo's search engine & type "financial aid" there are many sites that contain info on the matter. Also the school that you're planning to attend generally will have a financial aid assistant that can help you with that.
