I need help finding a veteran representor for my father so he may get financial help from the government?

It sounds like you might be looking for a Veterans Service Organization (see the link below). They assist veterans in filing medical claims and that sort of thing. There are some names in there I'm sure you've heard of (VFW, American Legion, etc).
Your county should have a VSO or Veteran's Service Officer. He will know everything your father needs to do to get help. You could also go to your nearest veteran's hospital and talking to someone there. Sometimes they will have a representative from the Disabled American Veteran's there, at certain times of the month.
