1. http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ The application is long, but the process is relatively easy. The Financial Aid folks at your school are VERY happy to help you.
2. If you have a school in mind I would start by talking to a financial aid counseler. They can tell you if you qualify for any aid programs the school offers.
