What are the charges or even jail time for taking government loans/financial aid for school?
Cant find the answer! What are the charges or jail time for fraud for taking both?

- I am sure perjury is a charge, because if you reside in the United States and fill out a FAFSA erroneously, you will be charged with lying and be forced to repay what was stolen. As for criminal charges, I have no idea.
- Repayment of the loan with up to a 10,000 fine. also you will never be able to receive finiancial aid again and this will follow you forever on your credit report
