1. They can, but doubtful they will. They are in business to make money. A store can give you a bag of apples, but they probably will sell them to u.
2. No. You can't really "fix" your credit. Anyone claiming to do so is a scam.
3. I doubt a financial advisor would be able to give you any advice that you cant figure out on your own, for example, paying your bills on time. There is no other advice to give you that will fix your credit..
